An Australia-based resume company with fair prices. In general, my resume was well-done except for the fact that the writer didn’t have an experience with IT. So I had to ask him about corrections; also, there’s no way to get in touch with them instantly. Don’t think I can give them a high rating.
About a month ago I was looking for an Australia-based resume writing service and discovered this company. I often pay attention to the design and layout of the websites I buy from; this site has a strict design in white and blue and is very structured. I tried a resume service before, a year ago and something and it didn’t satisfy me much, so I expected better results from this service. The site is quite convenient to use, however, I think it’s overloaded with excessive information.

Prices and services

There are only three packages available on the site depending on the career stage. Student’s package is $229, professional is $269 and the executive’s is $389. These packages are basic – you can also use extra services from the drop-down list. However, I didn’t need anything more, so I simply clicked on “buy now” to proceed with payment.

Details of order

After paying I emailed them my rough resume draft. I was also offered a plenty of resume designs to choose from and stayed on the two-colored one. I specified the convenience time for conducting a phone interview with my writer. By the way, there’s any information on the site about their writers. During the interview I was asked all these generic questions, e.g. my employment history, strengths and weaknesses, and achievements. As soon as we were done, I was asked to wait for a first draft.

Quality of writing and support

To my regret, the company didn’t bother to make it comfortable for the customers to reach them. They had neither live chat, nor phone number on the site. So, I had to email my writer when I remembered some points which I didn’t mention during the interview. I received the first draft a couple of days later. I liked the formatting as I have chosen the design myself; however, I had a few remarks about the content.

Conclusion

I specified what I wanted to be changed, but only received the final version in two days. Everything was ok, except for the fact that the writer didn’t have an experience with IT. Some sentences didn’t make sense. I think I’d better order from a company specializing in IT who could highlight my background better. I would appreciate if you could recommend me such a site
